Shipping & Returns

Orders will be sent within 1-3 workdays, with the exception to jewelry which will ship within 1-7 days. Shipping time will be added. If your order is out of stock, which unfortunately can happen, we’ll contact you immediately. As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase without extra cost if you don’t agree to a new suggested shipping time.

According to Swedish law, you as a customer have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after you’ve received your order. When we’ve received your return and confirmed it’s not damaged, we will repay the entire amount.
Returned products should be without any changes and in the original packaging. Invoice or packing slip should always be accompanied with the return order.
Make sure you package the product well, as you as a customer will have to pay for any damages that has occurred during shipping.

If the product is damaged or if you received the wrong product, it should be returned within 14 days. Before a return, please contact us at for further instructions. If you want your money back, this will count as a return. See more info under “Returns”.

Repurchase will be done to your bank account or according to our agreement. Repurchase will happen as soons as we’ve received and accepted your return.

If you make a complaint to an order, it should be sent as a letter or a package and not as a cash on delivery or collect on delivery. Always pack a copy of your invoice or packing slip and a note stating the reason for the return.
Make sure the returned product is well packaged in addition to the original packaging.
